Registration Papers: Turn in Registration Papers at time of check in.
If you plan on representing your horse as registered, the Registration Papers should be
in your name with a signed transfer and turned in when you check in your horse. This way
the buyer is assured the papers are in hand and correct. Any deviation from "papers in
order" will be announced. Example: Registration papers in previous owners name with an
"open transfer". Papers not in order will be announced.
